Shipping Cut-Off Time

The cut-off time for getting an order out same day is 2PM Central Time. All orders received after that time will ship the following business day.

• Nature Crazy is based in the U.S. This means that shipping times to our international customers can take longer. There are several factors involved including the countries customs laws. It is possible for products to get temporarily held up at customs

• While we do ship internationally please understand that it may take longer for your product to arrive (typically 1-2 weeks, but it can take longer in some cases)

• Additionally, please note that in some rare circumstances, if purchasing from certain international countries you may have to pay your local postal service a customs fee to receive the product.
